All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
Refunds and Exchanges
We will refund the cost of any item damaged in transit or found to be faulty, together with postage and packing costs, providing this is returned to us via Royal Mail within fourteen working days of receipt of order. If returning a product to us, please Contact Us with the details before doing so.
If you would like a replacement item for a faulty or damaged product, we will fully refund the credit/debit card used to make the initial purchase, and then charge it again in a seperate transaction for the new item.
All refunds will be processed within fourteen working days.
We aim to offer an efficient and courteous service to our customers. It is our policy to acknowledge all orders and notify you upon despatch. If our service falls below that to which you have a right to expect, or you have any suggestions for the improvement of this site, please Contact Us.
If you unhappy with the service you recieve from Davenports Magic, please contact us immediately in order that we can rectify the situation. All emails we be responded to within 3 days. We will also keep you informed of everything we are doing to correct the situation until the problem has been resolved.
